About The Role

We are looking for a CAD Drafter/Designer with a keen eye for detail and a love for teamwork. You’ll play a pivotal role in turning vision into reality, working closely with our Pre-construction Team, architects, and clients to create detailed, accurate drawings that bring projects to life.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting & Design: Create precise construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, cabinet drawings, and custom design elements.

Collaboration: Partner with architects, clients, and internal teams to ensure designs align with project goals.

Updates: Maintain and revise drawings throughout the project lifecycle for accuracy and compliance.

3D Modeling: Utilize industry-leading tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to produce stunning 2D and 3D designs.

Material Expertise: Assist in material selection, code compliance, and feasibility studies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Chief Architect, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • 2-5 years of drafting/design experience in the construction industry.
  • Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or related field preferred, but experience matters most.
