However, this is not a collection position, this position involves representing Appraisal Districts in civil litigation matters.
Your role as an Associate Attorney
As a Full-Time Associate Attorney at Perdue, Brandon, Fielder, Collins and Mott L.L.P. in Austin, Texas, you will play a pivotal role in our legal team by reviewing essential legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery. Your responsibilities will include managing a large caseload independently, making court appearances, managing clients, attending conferences and some travel.
Collaborating closely with our dedicated staff on various litigation activities, you will draft discovery requests and responses, ensuring all legal bases are covered. You’ll expertly calendar and monitor all deadlines, providing timely and effective advice to clients. Clear communication with opposing attorneys and clients will be vital as you navigate complex legal landscapes, reflecting our core values of integrity and excellence.
