Job Description
We provide a full range of design, engineering and project management services for buildings, transportation and other infrastructure programmes.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a hard-working individual that has an appetite for learning and making a difference, and who has the soft skills to engage with and motivate their team members. The Executive Assistant will be supporting the Project Director and Senior Managers on a variety of tasks such as:
- Administrative tasks: maintaining the organization charts, coordinating recruitment activities, organizing Crew meetings and Team events, maintain and update employee registers, schedule meetings, drafting memos/communications, greet and assist visitors/new employees warmly, etc,
- Project coordination tasks: prepare department weekly/monthly reports, develop and update Policy/Plans/Procedures/Forms/Process Maps, prepare presentations, analyze data and prepare associated reports, take minutes of meetings and monitor tasks progress as well as projects’ progress, etc.
- The candidate shall handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Mandatory Qualifications, Skills And Experience
- Saudi National.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic.
- Good command of Excel
- Proficient with Powerpoint
