Plant Controller (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze production costs, labor costs and indirect expenses as well as cost of sales by product and customer.
  • Analyze the profit margin by product and sales reports, production costs, raw material purchases.
  • Record accruals according to the business needs.
  • Prepares weekly closing inventories in the SAP system.
  • Evaluates and analyzes all information generated by production and sales operations to assure proper production costs calculation at month end.
  • Evaluates and analyzes information on the costs incurred in the activities generated by tooling for new projects and follows up on deviations against the standard and monitors it with all project managers.
  • Participate in inventory management system and materials.
  • Coordinate the wall to wall and cycle count inventories on the plant.
  • Supervises the capture of production and cost generation reports.
  • Development of the annual budget in conjunction with the management team of the plant
  • Ensures the monitoring and explanation of variations against the budget on a regular basis, providing feedback to the organization on deviations, risks and action plans to meet the budget, valuation studies of new capital investments, new projects
