What does the Clinical Team Support/Scheduling Coordinator do?
Responsibilities
The Clinical Team Support/Scheduling Coordinator functions include but are not limited to scheduling, medical supply tracking, phone triage, and other responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor. Some additional tasks include:
- Ensures visit schedule matches MD order.
- Maintains staff schedule.
- Answers and triage phone calls.
- Assist clinical team operation in the timely release of RAP and EOE
- Schedule client appointments/visits according to care plans, staff availability, and productivity.
What are some qualifications for a Clinical Team Support/Scheduling Coordinator ?
- High school diploma, required
- Prior scheduling experience, required
- Prior experience in an administrative assistant role in a home health care, preferred
What is the schedule for a Clinical Team Support/Scheduling Coordinator ?
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, In-office
