What is a Clinical Team Support/Scheduling Coordinator ?

The Clinical Team Support/Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for administrative functions to assist the Agency’s clinical team operations in scheduling clinician and patient visits.

What does the Clinical Team Support/Scheduling Coordinator do?

Responsibilities

The Clinical Team Support/Scheduling Coordinator functions include but are not limited to scheduling, medical supply tracking, phone triage, and other responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor. Some additional tasks include:

  • Ensures visit schedule matches MD order.
  • Maintains staff schedule.
  • Answers and triage phone calls.
  • Assist clinical team operation in the timely release of RAP and EOE
  • Schedule client appointments/visits according to care plans, staff availability, and productivity.

What are some qualifications for a Clinical Team Support/Scheduling Coordinator ?

  • High school diploma, required
  • Prior scheduling experience, required
  • Prior experience in an administrative assistant role in a home health care, preferred

What is the schedule for a Clinical Team Support/Scheduling Coordinator ?

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday, In-office
