NCSC is looking for a Project Associate to join our Court Consulting Services Group. A Project Associate is responsible for work that supports the court consulting services group, includes analyzing primary and secondary data, writing findings and reports, and providing project administrative support.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrates conduct that upholds the basic Core Values of
- Provides administrative support to assigned team and other CCS teams, as needed
- Assists project directors with all aspects of project management, including cost, scope, schedule, resource, risk, and stakeholder management, updates and monitors project budgets
- Creates document/report/presentation templates and designs, edits, and formats reports, presentations, data visualizations, and other project deliverables
- Assists project directors in obtaining and managing project-related procurements including temporary employees, subrecipients, and contractors
- Assists with project-related travel, including the booking of travel arrangements and the submission of travel vouchers for consultants
- Attends and provides administrative support for project meetings and coordinates meeting logistics such as meals and hotel accommodations
- Provides technical assistance for project-related requests/inquiries
- Collects and completes invoices for payment
- Participates in site visits, as needed, including assisting with note taking, interviews, focus groups, and handling logistics
- Supports consultants in data collection, research, and analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, the social sciences, or other relevant area of study required; or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the po
- sition2+ years of experience in a project support role or relevant administrative position
- Experience assisting with project management tasks, a plus
Additional Skills & Abilities
- Ability to travel to client locations, meetings and/or conferences throughout the United Statues
- Communicates timely and professionally, with internal and external clients, both orally and in writing
- Effective interpersonal skills that demonstrate ability to collaborate and work effectively in a remote team environment and to build direct working relationships across different colleagues and teams
- Demonstrates time-management skills, including an ability to meet multiple deadlines by maintaining a high level of organization while supporting several projects and teams simultaneously.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with team members and clients
- Experienced with publishing content in Social Media
- Strong working knowledge in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

The annual starting salary for this role is between $47,840 – $59,000, factors which affect starting pay within the range include education, experience, and other qualifications as it relates to the position.
