THE TEAM
Eventbrite’s Brand Marketing team is a dynamic, cross-functional group dedicated to crafting a world-class brand that speaks to both event organizers and attendees. THE ROLE
As the Senior Brand Marketing Manager you will be responsible for both bringing the brand to life and driving business impact through the development and execution of campaigns. Representing our target audience through insights and data, authoring strategic creative briefs to ensure best in class executions that have impact.
You will partner closely with internal teams including Product, Product Marketing, Growth, Social, Community, Brand Studio, and PR as well as with external agencies to produce work at the highest level. Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, this full-time role is remote.
YOU WILL
- Drive the strategic development and production of marketing campaigns ensuring that the concepts align with Evenbrite’s identity, values and objectives.
- Continuously work to identify emerging opportunities in culture, trends, consumer insights, and understand the competitive landscape to create resonant brand work and build relationships with our audiences.
- Be responsible for ensuring brand standards are met across brand activations and assets.
- Drive new programs and day-to-day brand marketing operations to grow brand credibility, loyalty, and love, engaging our current customer audiences and driving new user acquisition.
- Drive cross-functional team alignment across Marketing, Product, Comms, and Brand Studio to bring our brand to life consistently across all audiences and touchpoints.
- Leverage customer and brand tracking research to have the pulse on our audience, set overall brand measurement goals, and develop results-informed analysis and bring it to life for the team.
The Skillset
- At least 8+ years of experience in brand marketing at a consumer centered brand.
- Fluency in brand marketing metrics.
- Exceptional brief writing and verbal communication skills.
- Campaign management.
- Able to present to senior management.
- A true self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for live experiences.
PAY TRANSPARENCY
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Eventbrite, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below. You may also be eligible to participate in Eventbrite’s incentive program(s) (such as equity, annual incentive bonus and commission plans), subject to the applicable rules and restrictions.
