About The Role

We’re looking for a highly creative and dynamic Creative Content & Multimedia Designer to join our Global Marketing Team at our Gold Coast Head Office in Southport. This role offers the unique opportunity to blend creativity with technical expertise to develop exceptional digital content that drives brand engagement and growth.

You’ll be at the forefront of Evolt’s content creation, responsible for producing high-quality multimedia materials across social media, EDMs, websites, and other digital platforms. Your work will reflect a deep understanding of our brand and resonate with our health, fitness, and wellness-focused audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop visually stunning and engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Work as part of the marketing team to create multimedia campaigns that align with the brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Graphic & Multimedia Design: Design compelling graphics, including banners, infographics, and ad creatives, to support marketing initiatives. Create UX/UI designs for digital assets, including landing pages, EDMs, and web platforms, ensuring consistency and user engagement.
• Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos for social and digital use. Edit raw footage to produce polished video content that aligns with brand standards.
• Technical Expertise: Utilise basic HTML skills to enhance EDMs, landing pages, and other digital assets. Ensure designs are optimised for various devices and platforms.
• Innovative Campaigns: Brainstorm and execute creative ideas for social media and marketing campaigns to elevate Evolt’s digital presence. Produce engaging ad creatives that drive traffic and conversions.

About You

• Creative Visionary: You have a knack for turning ideas into visually appealing content that captivates audiences.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other design tools. Basic HTML knowledge is highly desirable.
• Multimedia Mastery: Strong skills in graphic design, photography, videography, and video editing.
• Social Media Savvy: You understand current trends and know how to craft content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Positive Energy: High-energy, can-do attitude with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Organised & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
• A Passion for Health & Fitness: An interest or background in the health, fitness, and wellness industry is a plus.
