Job Description
Job Responsibility
- To assist in overall financial reporting of the Group including month end accounting closing and annual audit process
- To assist on various tax compliance matters i.e. submission of tax estimates/tax returns/attending to tax queries from IRB
- Attending to treasury functions i.e. monitoring of trade facilities usage, preparation of L/C / BG / BA, etc.
- Handling of company secretarial matters
- Monitoring daily cash flow, prepare bank reconciliation
- Accounts Payable â process supplier invoices inclusive posting, coding, monitoring creditorâs credit term to ensure timely process of payment
- Accounts Receivable â process customer invoices and receipts.
- Perform any other accounting related duties as assign from time to time
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Ability to handle full set of accounts
- Minimum 4 years related working experience.
- Computer literate, knowledge in computerised accounting system an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality and a team player
- Able to work with minimum supervision
