Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • To assist in overall financial reporting of the Group including month end accounting closing and annual audit process
  • To assist on various tax compliance matters i.e. submission of tax estimates/tax returns/attending to tax queries from IRB
  • Attending to treasury functions i.e. monitoring of trade facilities usage, preparation of L/C / BG / BA, etc.
  • Handling of company secretarial matters
  • Monitoring daily cash flow, prepare bank reconciliation
  • Accounts Payable â process supplier invoices inclusive posting, coding, monitoring creditorâs credit term to ensure timely process of payment
  • Accounts Receivable â process customer invoices and receipts.
  • Perform any other accounting related duties as assign from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • Ability to handle full set of accounts
  • Minimum 4 years related working experience.
  • Computer literate, knowledge in computerised accounting system an added advantage.
  • Pleasant personality and a team player
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
