We ambitiously pursue this goal by building media brands, primarily on YouTube, with over 12M subscribers on our brands. We create animation channels, documentaries, and other types of important, impactful content.
At present, we have a global team of 100, working hard to serve our viewers in the best way we can: Entertain, and then provide education that matters.

As a Recruiter, we are looking for someone who:
- Experienced in talent sourcing and recruiting, ideally in the creative industry or leveraging various social media platforms.
- Genuinely passionate about recruitment and finds fulfillment in connecting people with the right opportunities.
- Thinks strategically and creatively, coming up with innovative ways to build and maintain a strong talent pool for the company.
- Skilled at managing timelines, tracking pipelines, and keeping candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Has a keen eye for recognizing talent and identifying potential opportunities for candidates within the company.
- A trusted partner who can contribute creative insights at every stage of the recruitment process.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with potential candidates on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Discord, Reddit) for roles like Creative Directors, Animators (Moho), Script Writers, and more.
- Assist with daily sourcing and recruitment activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Use innovative search techniques and creative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier talent.
- Design, publish, and monitor job posts and recruitment materials across social media platforms and job sites.
- Support candidate management by keeping them engaged, informed, and excited about opportunities.
- Continuously develop and implement creative strategies and best practices to enhance every stage of the recruitment process.
