Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a digital engagement strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives
- Lead the creation and distribution of engaging content across multiple social media platforms to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Drive the use of big data and AI to optimize customer experience and conversion through Cloud and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital enablement and lead initiatives that blend technology with data to optimize digital penetration
- Provide actionable insights on customer digital experience, behaviors, and needs to inform strategy development and address evolving customer needs and trends
- Design and manage an omni-channel customer contact strategy to optimize product offerings and customer propositions
- Collaborate with INTERNAL and external stakeholders to drive business performance and accelerate progress towards business objectives
- Lead and grow the digital engagement team, developing talent to support the company’s digital transformation journey
Requirements
- Seasoned executive with breadth of experience in digital transformation and marketing with strong focus in customer proposition and engagement.
- Proven track record across brand and digital marketing. Experience with Salesforce and Customer Data Platform will be an advantage.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform business decisions
- Strong understanding of the latest trends in digital enablement, big data, and AI
- Minimum 15 years’ banking experience with relevant job scope
- University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
