A Day in the Life

As an account executive, a typical day includes the following:

  • Drive revenue, owning the entire sales cycle through close.
  • Develop strategies for closing opportunities within your assigned accounts.
  • Leverage proven sales methodology to uncover customer needs and pain points
  • Articulate the value proposition by using the appropriate sales qualification
  • Own sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in Hubspot
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, design, and engineering to provide customer feedback
  • Conduct highly personalized demos tailored to their specific pain points and needs
  • Handle and overcome any and all objections by identifying the root cause and propose solutions.
  • Be able to close, negotiate and close deals consistently.
  • Providing an exceptional and customer-centric experience that allows you to control the buying journey from beginning to end.
  • B2B manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and accounting SaaS experience is not necessary but is a bonus.

You bring the following experience and expertise:

  • At least 2-3 years of account executive sales experience in SaaS, manufacturing software, or a related field of business.
  • Experience managing accounts. Some experience presenting to C-level or other key decision-maker relationships. (Training provided)
  • A growth mindset and complete dedication to mastering the art of selling
  • Grit and the willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed
  • Being coachable, taking extreme ownership, and trusting the process
  • Track record or relevant experience in meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • You are a PHD ? Positive, Hungry and Determined!
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficient in CRM and Google Docs (Training provided)
