We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus.
The Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work setting.
What we expect of you?
- Office Operations Management: Oversee daily office operations and procedures to ensure organizational efficiency. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team and staff. o Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails. o Schedule meetings and appointments, and manage calendars.
- Facility Management: Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained. o Coordinate office seating arrangements and manage space utilization.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities. o Assist in arranging travel and accommodation for employees and visitors.
- HR Support: Assist HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records. o Support the implementation of office policies and procedures.
What we’re after
- Experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Russian is required.
