About The Role

We’re seeking a visionary Learning & Development Manager to shape and elevate our talent development initiatives across our Technology, Product, and Marketing teams. In this role, you’ll architect learning experiences that drive measurable business impact while nurturing a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Learning Design & Delivery

  • Conduct comprehensive training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and growth opportunities across technical and business functions
  • Design, develop, and implement innovative learning programs that align with business objectives and demonstrate clear ROI
  • Lead and optimize our new hire onboarding programs, ensuring seamless integration of talent into our tech-driven culture
  • Leverage and manage our Learning Management System to deliver scalable learning solutions

Program Management & Innovation

  • Drive multiple learning initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high quality and engagement
  • Integrate cutting-edge L&D trends and best practices into our learning ecosystem
  • Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance learning delivery and program efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure learning programs meet evolving business needs

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of L&D experience in a fast-paced technology environment
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful learning programs with measurable outcomes
  • Strong project management skills with experience in managing multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Expertise in modern learning technologies, including LMS and Learning Experience platforms and AI-powered learning tools
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and current L&D trends
