Essential Job Functions

  • Safely operate and maintain ammunition loading and priming equipment, ensuring quality and performance.
  • Adjust feeding and mechanical components, perform quality checks, and clean equipment and work areas.
  • Stage components, use precision measuring tools, and record production data.
  • Conduct minor preventive maintenance, operate forklifts if needed, and maintain accurate records.
  • Follow EHS procedures, participate in team meetings, and contribute to AMMO’s improvement processes.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum Skills And Experience

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in math, problem-solving, and mechanical tasks.
  • Industrial experience preferred; detail-oriented with high accuracy.
  • Ability to build effective relationships, lead change, and make quick decisions.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, with strong written communication and calculation abilities.

Working Conditions

  • Work is carried out in a controlled, agreeable production environment.
  • Oil, coolant and noise (90db) present. Hearing protection is required.
  • Technician is subject to lifting up to 50 lbs.
