Essential Job Functions
- Safely operate and maintain ammunition loading and priming equipment, ensuring quality and performance.
- Adjust feeding and mechanical components, perform quality checks, and clean equipment and work areas.
- Stage components, use precision measuring tools, and record production data.
- Conduct minor preventive maintenance, operate forklifts if needed, and maintain accurate records.
- Follow EHS procedures, participate in team meetings, and contribute to AMMO’s improvement processes.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum Skills And Experience
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in math, problem-solving, and mechanical tasks.
- Industrial experience preferred; detail-oriented with high accuracy.
- Ability to build effective relationships, lead change, and make quick decisions.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, with strong written communication and calculation abilities.
Working Conditions
- Work is carried out in a controlled, agreeable production environment.
- Oil, coolant and noise (90db) present. Hearing protection is required.
- Technician is subject to lifting up to 50 lbs.
