NextSilicon is seeking a creative and versatile Multidisciplinary Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and crafting engaging visuals for various projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple disciplines, spanning digital, print, motion graphics, branding, infographics, photography, and video editing.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a top design school or 1-3 years of experience in a multidisciplinary design role or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, and Figma
- Strong skills in branding, motion graphics, print, and video editing
- Experience in photography and familiarity with basic UI/UX design
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Savvy in Generative AI tools and techniques—an advantage
- Creative copywriting and microcopy abilities—an advantage
- Up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies—an advantage
- A team player with a collaborative mindset
- Eager to learn new tools and adapt to evolving project requirements

Responsibilities:
- Design and produce visual assets for office and event branding, and social media posts
- Develop marketing materials for industry events and customers.
- Take ownership of smaller projects—e.g., branding for in-house events or conferences, —and manage them from concept to completion.
- Develop infographics that explain complex technologies in a clear and accessible way, ensuring they resonate with diverse audiences.
- Capture and edit high-quality photographs for various internal and external purposes
- Create and edit video content that is high-quality, cohesive, and impactful, while aligned with our brand standards.
- Design visually appealing and impactful presentations and documents to support both internal and external communications.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design tools and trends, integrating them into your design toolset.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including technical writers, business development, and technical teams, to ensure materials meet communication, technical accuracy, and effectiveness requirements.
