Job Description

  • Lead the training activities of technical training, soft skills trainings and sales

trainings for service technicians and authorized service providers

  • Participate in project teams for new product development, contributing to

define needs for product services in the field.

  • Monitor the products performance in the field and interact with the factories’

quality teams, R&D, and customer service teams, providing feedback to different

areas to solve non-compliance issues and contribute to continuous improvement.

  • Participate in the product’s technical documentation structure, training,

technical support services and related processes.

  • Create and recommend processes and procedures to audit job orders issued by

service providers, and eliminating vulnerability to fraud
