What will you be doing?

We are looking for an Environmental graduate to join our Middle East Team based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Scheme is a 2-year programme, enabling graduates to gain experience of Subsea 7’s key Environmental areas such as our Environmental Management System (EMS), biodiversity, circular economy and working with projects to deliver client environmental commitments. It is envisaged that after the training period concludes that the candidate will then specialise in this field.

There Are Four Main Elements

  • On-The-Job Development

Through on-the-job training you will develop key capabilities related to EMS, ISO14001 auditing, training, working with clients and interpreting legislation.

  • Formal training courses

Various formal training courses will be offered such as ISO14001 lead auditing and Safety Leadership. This will be an opportunity to gain deeper insights of some key aspects related to HSE and Sustainability.

  • Mentoring

You will be assigned a mentor who will provide guidance and support your progression. The mentor will maintain regular contact with you providing direction to enable you achieve targets and goals.

  • Personal development

You will participate in project tasks to challenge your presentation and team building skills. Also network with other Subsea 7 Graduates hired in different locations.

During the programme applicants may have the opportunity for short duration overseas assignment in locations ranging from UAE and Singapore.

Professional Qualifications & Experience

Applications are now sought from degree qualified candidates who are holding a bachelor’s degree preferably in one of the following:

  • B.Sc in Environmental or related science.
  • Sustainability.
  • Health and Safety.
