Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our HR team. This role focuses on sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for various corporate functions within the organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent for corporate roles.

Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.

Job Posting: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on appropriate job boards and social media platforms.

Recruitment Management: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.

Candidate Experience: Ensure an excellent candidate experience through clear communication and a streamlined hiring process.

Database Maintenance: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws.

Analytics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process and strategies.

Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process to facilitate smooth integration of new hires into the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a corporate recruiter or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of corporate recruitment strategies and practices.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
