Basic Requirements.
- Ability to perform physical tasks requiring heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments and all-weather conditions.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Physical capability to navigate within confined crawl spaces.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with the capability to operate a company vehicle.
- Ability to lift weights of up to 70lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in crawl space or basement waterproofing is highly advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in construction or manual labor roles.
- Experience working in confined spaces.
More Specifics on Job Responsibilities:
As an installer, your primary duties encompass a range of critical tasks, ensuring the seamless execution of projects and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship. These responsibilities include:
- Work under the direction of the Crew Chief or Production Manager to install crawl space and basement waterproofing solutions in the customer’s home
- Follow our procedures and work effectively as part of a crew
- Install crawl space and basement solutions in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications
- Responsible for delivery and removal of equipment and material needed to complete the project
- Represents the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters
- Complete projects efficiently and safely
- Use and maintains appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers
