Position Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and tech-savvy individual to join our HR team as an HR Systems Applications (Freshers). This role is designed for recent graduates who are interested in the intersection of human resources and technology, focusing on the implementation and management of HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
System Support: Assist in the administration and maintenance of HR systems and applications.
Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within the systems.
User Support: Provide technical support to HR team members and employees using HR applications.
System Updates: Assist in the testing and implementation of system updates and enhancements.
Training: Help develop user guides and provide training to employees on how to use HR systems effectively.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system-related issues and escalate complex problems as necessary.
Reporting: Generate reports from HR systems to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
Process Improvement: Work on optimizing HR processes through the use of technology.
Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes.
Compliance: Ensure HR systems are compliant with legal requirements and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and systems.
- Strong interest in HR technology and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS or other HR systems is a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Eagerness to learn and develop in the HR systems field.
