We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Live Chat Support Agent to join our team and provide exceptional real-time support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns, such as order status, product inquiries, returns, and refunds.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the platform and assist customers with navigation.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve processes and service quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably as a Live Chat Support Agent.
- Excellent written communication skills in English (additional proficiency in Arabic is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working setup.
