Job Description

We are a fast-growing e-commerce platform based in the Gulf Area, offering a wide range of products and a seamless shopping experience to our customers. We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Live Chat Support Agent to join our team and provide exceptional real-time support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Address customer concerns, such as order status, product inquiries, returns, and refunds.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to the platform and assist customers with navigation.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve processes and service quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably as a Live Chat Support Agent.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English (additional proficiency in Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working setup.
