Role Overview

Title: Analyst/APL AML/KYC

The AML Analyst will be required to work as part of the Compliance/Quality Assurance team and will be an individual contributor engaging daily with key client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assessments of transactions for the global organization
• Work with SMEs to ensure compliance processes are designed effectively and suggest improvement/optimization methods
• Conduct weekly qualitative and quantitative analysis of error trends and collaborate with peers to aggregate, prioritize and report on key quality challenges
• Leverage data management systems to track and report team performance
• Regularly maintain and update process documentation to stay updated on workflow, policy, and guidelines changes
