Overview

Intuit is seeking an Executive Assistant based out of our New York City office to be a strategic business partner to the Director of Customer Success Business Operations & NYC Site Leader. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is professional, highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing their workload as well as their executive’s workload, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

How you will lead

  • Manage a busy calendar and complex scheduling in partnership with peers
  • Plan and support large events and meetings on-site, off-site, and virtual
  • Coordinate purchasing, travel and expenses in adherence with company guidelines
  • Maintain email distribution lists and assist with drafting communications
  • Assist in data gathering and lightweight analysis for business deliverables
  • Build culture and engagement across the team and site
  • Arrange logistics for key visitors to the NYC site

Note that this is primarily an onsite role, expected to work onsite at Intuit’s NYC office 4 – 5 days per week.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $39 – $53 / hour.
