Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hotels or event venues.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Job Tasks
Event Planning And Coordination
Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
Prepare event schedules, timelines, and floor plans tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with internal and external departments to ensure smooth operations.
Vendor Coordination
Identify, liaise with, and manage vendors for catering, decoration, and other services.
Ensure vendors deliver services as per agreed standards and timelines.
Event Execution
Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure everything runs according to plan.
Address any issues or last-minute changes during the event in a professional manner.
Ensure guests have an exceptional experience and respond promptly to their requests.
Logistics And Inventory Management
Oversee the preparation and organization of banquet equipment and materials.
Ensure proper maintenance and inventory of banquet supplies before and after each event.
Customer Service
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during events.
Handle client feedback and provide solutions to meet their expectations.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Administrative Duties
Maintain accurate event records, contracts, and billing documents.
Provide post-event evaluations and reports for future improvement.
Collaborate with Event & Conference Manager for prospective event opportunities.
