What We’re Looking For:
- Proof of at least 12 months of right to work in the UK
- A Full Valid UK Driving License
- Applicants must be aged 25 or over (due to car insurance requirements for the company vehicle)
Your Role as an Outreach Support Worker:
As a valued team member, you’ll be supporting young adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex behaviours to live fulfilling and independent lives in their own homes and out in the community. Every day is different, and your contributions will make a lasting impact. Here’s what your role will include:
- Companionship: Building meaningful relationships, offering communication and engagement.
- Personal Care: Supporting clients with daily hygiene routines such as washing, dressing, and oral care.
- Healthy Living: Assisting with meals, snacks, and beverages.
- Household Help: Light domestic tasks to ensure a comfortable environment.
- Community Support: Assisting clients to access their local community, attend social activities, and participate in hobbies and interests.
- Social Engagement: Organising outings, activities, and events to enrich clients’ lives.
