Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone skills, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and will be capable of handling filing and general front desk duties.

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.

Manage and respond to emails using Microsoft Outlook.

Create and edit documents using Microsoft Word.

Maintain spreadsheets and perform data entry tasks in Microsoft Excel.

Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.

Greet and assist visitors at the front desk.

Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing office inventory.

Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

Support various administrative tasks as needed.Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role is preferred.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
