Job Description
The Arts and Creative Learning Department plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our pupils by leading a passionate team of educators, developing an innovative curriculum (with a focus on iGCSE and A-Level), and fostering a culture of academic excellence. The role also enhances art academic learning across the school by collaborating with teachers across other subject areas to integrate language development into their teaching. Central to the role of Teacher of Art (Seniors) is delivering the Art curriculum, managing classes, assessing and recording student performance, monitoring academic progress, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve improved results.
The successful candidate must have the strategic vision, appreciation of the Malvern heritage, understanding of the iGCSE and A-Level programmes, strong interpersonal and leadership skills and exceptional professionalism, to lead the continuing development and growth of MCC as an outstanding British international school committed to capturing the Malvern ethos and vision.
