Accommodation Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Samuel Hotel, part of the Dalata Hotel Group, is seeking an experienced Accommodation Supervisor to join our team. Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and clean stay at our hotel.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and comfort
• Coordinating the scheduling of staff and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time
• Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed
• Maintaining inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies and ordering as needed
• Assisting with the training and development of staff

Qualifications

• Previous experience within an Accommodation Department at supervisory level.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
