What You’ll Do
- Analyse and document business requirements with precision.
- Conduct in-depth business model and process analysis.
- Define functional requirements and create compelling business cases.
- Perform risk analysis to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with business analysts, business owners, customers, and project managers to align goals and deliverables.
What You’ll Bring
- A Master’s degree in IT or a related field with 10+ years of IT experience (or a Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of general IT experience).
- 10+ years of expertise in functional analysis, with experience in the labor market domain as a bonus.
- Proven ability to draft, review, and align business requirements with deliverables.
- Extensive experience in release management, planning, quality control, and project management support.
- Strong background in IT development with at least 10 years of expertise.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with both business representatives and IT development teams.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
