Job Description
- Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience, in a customer support/service or help desk role, ideally supporting a SaaS technology platform
- HubSpot and/or similar CRM platform and telephony platforms
- Managing tasks and overseeing ticket queues with our software tools

- Excellent communications skills to effectively engage with internal & external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow through with requests for information or other tasks assigned.
What will you do?
- Manage tickets and queues while working closely with the Workplace Tech team, ensuring that you prioritize tasks and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Onboarding/offboarding for corporate users for applications such as MyCRM, ClickUp,, Telephony and Freshdesk
- Administration of relevant applications such as Freshdesk, HubSpot &ClickUp
- Maintain contract management register (Vendor List) in ClickUp
- Troubleshooting & escalation to relevant corporate application support teams
- Convey product updates and newly introduced features through appropriate communication channels
