Knowledge of Qatar’s immigration laws and regulations, Proficiency in Arabic language, Attention to detail, Strong communication skills, Ability to work under pressure, Familiarity with document processing procedures, Organizational skills, Customer service orientation,

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in QATAR -Government Document clearance work / Real Estate document clearance work experience
  • Working knowledge with contract and procurement.
  • Experience in Qatar or GCC will be preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications suite.
  • Sound working knowledge in Aconex platform.

A government liaison officers monitoring of policies and procedures and any legislation relating to the Real Estate industry.

Look for communication strategies, including publications and government departmental websites. Consult with external partners and agencies, including private organisations, contractors where applicable. Organise and collect data, including evidence of compliance with legislation.
