Qualifications And Skills

• Proven experience and expertise in 3D modeling (Mandatory skill) with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality exterior designs.
• Demonstrated proficiency in rendering (Mandatory skill) techniques to produce photorealistic visualizations.
• Strong skills in visualization (Mandatory skill) to effectively communicate architectural concepts.
• Experience in texturing techniques that enhance the realism and depth of 3D objects and environments.
• Proficiency in lighting for 3D visualization to create mood and highlight architectural features effectively.
• Background in architectural design to understand and translate design briefs into compelling visual representations.
• Software proficiency is required, with experience in tools such as Blender and 3ds Max to create professional-grade visuals.
• An unwavering attention to detail, ensuring even the smallest aspect of a project is accurately represented.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models and visualizations of exterior architecture projects with a focus on accuracy and detail.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand and interpret project requirements into visual form.
• Develop and implement detailed textures and lighting setups to enhance visual impact and realism.
• Ensure all visualizations are aligned with project timelines and quality standards of Fut Services.
• Use advanced software tools to render projects efficiently, maintaining consistent quality throughout.
• Participate in project briefings and provide creative input to enhance the overall design vision.
• Continuously research and explore new tools and methodologies to advance our visualization capabilities.
• Provide support and guidance to junior members in 3D visualization techniques and software usage.
