Required Skills

  • Expert in WordPress development
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, jQuery
  • Experience with theme and plugin installation, plugin development, and popular page builders like Elementor.
  • Familiarity with WooCommerce and other WordPress e-commerce plugins
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL and MySQL for database management
  • Experience working with XML, JSON, and third-party APIs
  • Familiarity with Git, Github, and BitBucket

Responsibilities

  • Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins
  • Write clean, fast, and scalable PHP code to a high standard within deadlines
  • Write well-designed and efficient code
  • Strong understanding of WordPress architecture and best practices
  • Ability to optimize WordPress performance and security
  • Experience in developing REST API web services is a must
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure the best user experience for WordPress sites
  • Familiarity with popular WordPress plugins and integrations
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex WordPress issues
