Role Summary

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the implementation of payroll and HR systems across multiple businesses within the RallyX portfolio. Additionally, you will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while providing expert guidance on system functionalities and best practices.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience with payroll systems, specifically Paylocity, and a strong background in managing HR system implementations. You thrive in dynamic environments, possess exceptional time-management skills, and are passionate about optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage the implementation of Paylocity for multiple businesses, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time
  • Managing the employee file, including processing terminations, and employee changes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Paylocity or payroll processing.
  • Train team members and business leaders on system usage, ensuring they are equipped to utilize its full capabilities.
  • Develop and document workflows, policies, and procedures related to payroll and HR system processes.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration and HR system implementation – this is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Paylocity is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and training skills to effectively interact with employees and managers at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
