Known for its world-class products, the brand is expanding its global presence with a focus on the US, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. As part of their growth strategy, they are launching in Singapore and seeking an experienced marketing leader to establish and drive the brand’s presence in this dynamic market. This newly established venture offers a start-up-like environment, where you’ll play a pivotal role in building the brand from the ground up.

Job Description
As the Global Brand Marketing Director, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the brand’s strategy in Singapore. Your role will be pivotal in introducing this luxury brand to a discerning audience and solidifying its reputation as a leader in the premium F&B sector. Your main job responsibilities include:
- Responsible for crafting a comprehensive brand marketing strategy across digital (social media, online platforms) and offline channels (retail stores).
- Develop and execute retail-focused campaigns and in-store activations to promote brand visibility and engagement in high-end retail environments, department stores, and airport outlets.
- Build and lead a small, high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and accountability.
- Gather and analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to refine brand messaging and ensure strong resonance with the target audience.
- Work closely with regional and global teams to ensure brand consistency, as well as identify local market opportunities and partnerships that drive brand awareness and growth.
The Successful Applicant
In order to be successful in the role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or any related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in branding and marketing, with a strong preference for candidates from the luxury tea sector or similar high-end consumer goods.
- Proven experience in managing international marketing and branding initiatives, ideally within the luxury sector.
- Having strong communication skills and demonstrated experience working within a multicultural environment and collaborating with global teams.
- Experience leading a small team, as well as working independently to manage complex projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity, with the ability to adapt strategies to align with local markets while maintaining global brand consistency.
