Description

  • Average hourly rate is $24.11 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)****

Promote the well-being of children and families in the Family Preservation Program, manage a caseload, and coordinate with team members and agencies to ensure family stability and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of family preservation cases, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing safety and risk assessments for children and families.
  • Develop and implement case plans with evidence-based tools and family input.
  • Collaborate with public/private agencies to address family needs (e.g., mental health, education, substance abuse).
  • Provide crisis intervention, court documentation, and testimony as needed.
  • Facilitate family training in parenting skills, child development, and household management.
  • Ensure accurate, complete case records and compliance with contract requirements.
  • Coordinate with a Family Support Worker to ensure team-based support for families.
  • Drive personal/agency vehicles for client transportation and agency business.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field required
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
