The Role
The Regional Territory Manager (RTM) is a part of Turf Tank’s Sales department and will report to the VP of Sales. The Regional Territory Manager’s main function is to grow revenue and build relationships.
The RTM is critical to Turf Tank’s business development, driving our footprint and leading the line-marking industry. The success of this role will be measured by achieving field demonstrations and closed-won contract goals.
What You’ll Do
- develop a pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, presenting, and nurturing opportunities
- develop a strong follow-up cadence
- own your number, from lead generation to closed-won
- establish strong external relationships with decision-makers in all verticals (Athletic Directors, Parks & Rec Directors, Club Presidents, Turf Managers, etc.)
- CRM maintenance, updating sales-related activity timely for accurate forecasting
The Regional Territory Manager must be able to….
- establish strong internal relationships with marketing, operations, the BDR team, account managers, etc.
- conduct robust robot demonstrations, highlighting your solid knowledge of Turf Tank’s robot
- strong personal skills, including listening and communication

Requirements
- 1-3 years of quota-carrying and closing experience
- overnight travel is required up to 80% of the time (varying annually)
- general work hours are 8am – 5pm
- possess a valid driver’s license
- must pass a background/MVR and drug screen before the start date
- maintain eligibility for Turf Tank’s fleet insurance
- be able to sit for extended periods of time in a vehicle
- lift up to 50 lbs
