Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Delivers Human Resources solutions to drive the business and culture by providing HR partnership for the business operations.
- Interprets the understanding of human resources policies and procedures.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and leadership.
- Collaborates with the HR team to provide innovative solutions and drive execution of strategies.
- Performs tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance, talent development, productivity, and recognition.
- Partners with hiring managers to develop and maintain job descriptions and development plans.
- Processes employee changes in HRIS system and maintains electronic employee files.
- Produces routine reports to include headcount, hires, attrition, etc.
- Partners with talent acquisition team and managers on job offers and the hiring process.
- Conducts onboarding and trainings with employees and leaders.
- Support and communicate the mission, values, and culture of the organization.
- Completes other projects/tasks as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, & Education
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Education and/or Experience: At a minimum 3 years of Human Resources Generalist Experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration required and five years of related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and highly developed interpersonal skills. Spanish, Portuguese or Japanese language skills a plus.
- Computer Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office, Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG and Paylocity.
