Position Summary:

  • Conduct onsite risk assessments for clients, following Pathway’s standardized processes.
  • Conduct mock surveys/regulatory compliance reviews for clients, following Pathway’s standardized processes.
  • Assist and provide consulting for clients – assessing, planning, developing, and implementing systems, processes and other needs as requested for improved outcomes
  • Provide written reports as requested in a timely manner
  • Maintain current working knowledge of applicable state and federal standards, regulations, and industry standards of proactive and professional practice guidelines
  • Functions within scope of work as defined by the client
  • Maintain client confidentiality and function within HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

  • Must be licensed RN in state of hire
  • Must have been in a long-term care leadership role for two years
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service orientation
  • Able to build solid relationships with all levels of staff, interdisciplinary team, residents, and families
  • Flexibility to travel to conduct onsite assessments

Wage range: $40-$50 hour DOQ
