Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Suicide Prevention Coordinator (State Level).
Description of Services. Provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform support services for the SAP, SPP and Risk Reduction Support programs as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. Perform to the standards specified in this Task Order (TO).
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Experience in instructing and briefing skills, which demonstrate flexibility with various audiences. Ability to work variable schedule as duties require, including many weekends that state units are conducting training.
Competencies
- Emergency Preparedness: Knowledge and experience in coordinating disaster preparation and response activities.
- Communication: Strong ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
Required Education And Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 3-9 years of practical experience in Substance Abuse Prevention, Suicide Prevention, or Resilience.
