Job Description
As a Customer support agent you will be managing, responding and resolving tickets related to customer support, technical issues, and order updates. This role involves both outbound and inbound communication to address customer queries promptly and effectively.
Beyond your experience we are seeking a candidate who has good attention to detail and possess confidence in their abilities to progress for a senior role in the future.
This role is 100% work from home.
In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries.
- Manage tickets using our system for customer support, technical issues, and order
- updates.
- Provide technical support and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders for seamless support.
- Managing customer service tasks may require basic data entry and invoicing skills.
- Handle documents and maintain organized records of customers.
About You
Core qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years Customer Service experience or support role
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage high volume of calls and tickets.
- Experienced with CRM Software and ticketing systems
Advantageous
- Experience working with Real Estate, building services or property management
- Experience working in Small businesses
Technical Requirements (Device)
- Laptop/Computer (at least 8GB RAM)
- Headset (preferable noise canceling microphone)
- Fast/Stable Internet Connection (At least 10 mbps)
