Role Description

We are looking for a Head of Clinical Talent Acquisition to design and lead a high-performing clinical

recruiting team to fuel our growth, implementing scalable, data-driven practices to attract top talent.

This individual will focus on building the clinical recruiting function within the organization, while

simultaneously leading and supporting our total clinical recruitment efforts. Diana Health is growing

quickly; therefore we are looking for someone who is comfortable in a high-volume, outbound-heavy

recruiting environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute on a reimagined clinical recruiting strategy to hit recruiting targets for Physicians, Certified Nurse Midwives, Nurse Practitioners, and Mental Health providers
  • Bring an analytical perspective to current recruiting workflows, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement, and introduce solutions that optimize candidate experiences and meet business goals
  • Execute effective change management to implement new processes and tools
  • Develop data-driven methodologies for measuring program effectiveness, and iterate on processes to improve effectiveness
  • Communicate and collaborate with leaders across the organization, including C-suite, regional leaders, key clinicians, and HR to enable recruiting processes and drive strategic planning
  • Conduct regular read-outs with leaders to communicate progress and gaps in recruiting efforts
  • Partner with leaders to understand how overall business strategy and headcount forecasting will impact recruiting strategy
  • Lead a multidisciplinary and distributed recruiting team
  • Drive operational excellence and uphold standardized processes within team
  • Own external recruiting agency relationships, ensuring a seamless transition to in-house recruiting teams for high potential candidates
  • Enable and inspire team to hit all planned recruitment targets
  • Dive into candidate processes as needed and facilitate communications with candidates, interview scheduling, and offer delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends to inform strategies for physician and clinical recruitment

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with major or emphasis in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field is preferred
  • 8+ years of clinical recruiter work experience and/or training, with 3+ years of experience building, leading, and managing top-performing recruiting teams in the clinical space
  • Clear leadership presence and strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from executives, managers, employees, and vendor partners
  • Experience in coaching, training, delegating, and providing feedback to teammates
  • Data-driven and technology enabled, with experience utilizing systems and data to streamline processes and inform strategy
  • Demonstrated experience operating successfully in a dynamic and/or startup-like environment, willing to flex between strategic leadership and hands-on execution as needed.
  • Ability to multitask, managing multiple projects at once and work well in a fast-paced environment under time constraints, with a strong eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral
