What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Pre-register and schedule patients for appointments, procedures, tests, and other services
• Handle incoming calls and manage follow-up and referral work queues
• Communicate with patient care teams to ensure efficient and appropriate patient care
• Enter patient data accurately into the electronic health record while engaging with patients
• Support various Population Management and Chronic Disease Management initiatives

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical healthcare experience, or
• 1 year of experience as a Patient Scheduler I, or
• 1 year of experience in a contact/call center

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in a high-call volume environment
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
