Junior Manual QA Tester (1 year exp – BGC Taguig)

Test Planning and Execution:

Review and analyze system specifications to create detailed test plans and test cases.

Execute test cases, document results, and log issues in the defect tracking system.

Bug Identification And Reporting

Identify and document software defects with clarity and precision.

Collaborate with developers to understand, reproduce, and resolve issues.

Collaboration

Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and validate software functionality.

Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Test Documentation

Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.

Update the test case repository as necessary.

Quality Assurance Processes

Ensure adherence to established QA processes, best practices, and testing standards.

Suggest improvements to enhance the QA workflow.
