We are looking for a talented Programs Manager to join our Asia Pacific team. In this role, you will play a key part in executing regional people programs and initiatives that make a real difference, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.
Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Include
- Lead Regional rollout of the annual Employee Engagement Survey including the development of engagement programs to enhance overall employee experience across Asia Pacific.
- In partnership with the Regional Director, People & Performance, Asia Pacific, execute the Asia Pacific annual Professional Development and Succession Planning process.
- Develop and execute regional people programs across Asia Pacific
- Ensure timely and accurate metrics are gathered and produced to proactively diagnose
