Position: Talent Acquisition Senior Officer

Location: KSA – Riyadh

Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Identify appropriate recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

  • Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate suitability for open positions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Interview Coordination:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare interview materials, including interview questions and candidate evaluation forms.
  • Assist in conducting interviews and providing feedback to hiring managers.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Address candidate inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Generate recruitment reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR roles.
  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and hiring.
