Path Medical is currently seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our team as Call Center Professionals. The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming calls and utilizing company policies to assist clients. Our Call Center Representatives are often the first point of contact for our clients requesting services. We are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

Responsibilities

Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics

Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing direction.

Keeping records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

Requirements

Bilingual English/ Spanish is mandatory.

Previous experience in a customer support role

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

High level of professionalism
