We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Event Coordinator to join our Louisville team. This role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, ensuring every detail contributes to a seamless experience.

Salary:$19.50 – $30.25 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and organizing events, including conferences, meetings, and company gatherings.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to confirm bookings and arrangements.

Support the creation and distribution of event-related materials such as schedules and invitations.

Manage on-site logistics during events, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain event budgets.

Maintain detailed records and reports of events, including post-event evaluations.

Communicate with attendees and provide assistance with event-related inquiries.
