Reboot Staff is seeking a highly organized and motivated Entry-Level Personal Assistant to support our leadership team in Philadelphia, PA. This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule Management: Maintain and coordinate the executive’s calendar, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Administrative Support: Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Document Preparation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
Errand Management: Perform personal and professional errands as needed.
Record Keeping: Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
Communication: Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
